At least 12 years ago, the magnificent lecture by the paediatric oncologist Dr Alberto Mart\u00ed Bosch was made known to the general public through the website with the little white arrow on a red background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it, he set out the best way to face cancer with a still little-known tool, the Holistic approach shown to us by Otto Warburg, another doctor who was awarded the Nobel Prize: The Pischinger system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conclusions of Mart\u00ed Bosch's research, which have moreover been put into practice, are astonishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This lecture is one of the most revealing moments for people who are always seeking answers to the solutions of health problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here we present an extract from it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pathophysiological foundations:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– The lungs, liver and kidneys are not simply organs with specific functions; they also act as filters that eliminate metabolic waste (CO2, fatty acids, uric acid, \u201cburnt\u201d cholesterol, etc.), and as such we must treat them and, as far as possible, clean them or keep them free of excess waste, since, unlike the filters in our vehicles, we cannot all replace or clean them as is done with those.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heart pumps around 5 L\/min; in 24 h enormous volumes are filtered: if the filters become clogged by toxins, stress or dietary overload, that waste accumulates in the interstitial space, that is, between the cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The accumulation of acidic waste in this compartment forms a corrosive barrier that prevents cellular nutrition and oxygenation, and promotes inflammation, fibrosis and cellular \u201csuffocation\u201d (homotoxicology). This explains many \u201cidiopathic\u201d diseases (pulmonary, hepatic and renal fibrosis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is rather as if we put our rubbish into bags but could not put them out on the street for the refuse lorry to come and collect them. The bags pile up at home, making the house uninhabitable in every sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The cell's various responses to the acidic environment created are to die (apoptosis), to retain water (oedema\/resistant obesity), to buffer acids by stealing minerals (osteoporosis, calcifications), to drain through the skin or mucous membranes (psoriasis, eczema, ulcers, colitis) or to mutate towards anaerobic metabolism (cancer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the analogy of the previous example, if our house is full of rubbish bags we cannot get rid of, what we will do ranges from complaining to burning whatever we can in our back garden. These would be the responses analogous to those of our cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The tumour cell lives with an anaerobic metabolism (with a total absence of oxygen, which causes fermentation and the generation of lactic acid).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sodium enters the interior of the cell massively and keeps its cytoplasm alkaline. That is why tumours show internal alkalosis and external acidosis when they are opened, and they try to grow so that their surface of cations neutralises the high external load of anions as far as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Critique of conventional medicine and an integrated therapeutic proposal:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– Conventional medicine almost always opts for solutions that are effective up to a point but almost always traumatic: surgery (cutting out), radiotherapy (burning) and chemotherapy (poisoning).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is like when, in the past, those who were not integrated into society in some way were punished with sentences such as beheading, burning at the stake or poisoning.  That is why the \u201csiege\u201d strategy is also proposed here (apoptosis through deprivation of the substances that feed the tumour): in other words, changing the environment so that the tumour cell cannot survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The therapeutic objectives of the integrated approach can be summarised as: alkalinising the body, reducing the amount of sodium (low-sodium diet) to deprive the tumour cell, using selective proteolytic enzymes that attack the dextrorotatory proteins characteristic of tumour cells, hyperoxygenating tissues (ozone therapy, peroxidases), restoring liver\/kidney\/lung function and cleansing the interstitial space to restore cellular nutrition and oxygenation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– A multimodal strategy (more robust than chemotherapy alone) would be the use of an alkalinising diet (predominantly fruit\/vegetables), hydrotherapy and saline thermal baths (transdermal\/osmotic dialysis, which can be done at home), cleansing plants (artichoke, green tea, thyme, dandelion, boldo, etc.), trace elements, orthomolecular vitamins and enzymes, physical treatments (acupuncture, osteopathy, magnetotherapy) and local\/biological treatments (enzymes, ozone, peroxides)
The combination of all of these improves tolerance to chemotherapy and increases its efficacy by \u201ccleansing\u201d the system so that more of the drugs reach the tumour.

– Traditional scientific techniques are defended here: hydrotherapy and spas as low-cost cutaneous dialysis; galenics and phytotherapy as the origin of many drugs (e.g. vinca \u2192 vincristine, a potent alkaloid that interferes with cell mitosis in cancerous processes)

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of thermal baths and hydrotherapy, it is worth pointing out the importance of the quality of the water used, since in many cases it has to be checked for the desired effect to be achieved. In another publication we will explain the importance of water and how to ensure it is of good quality, since it is something we consume every day, even if we do not realise it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clinical Cases and Practical Evidence:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

– Alberto Mart\u00ed tells us about his training and his collaborations with international researchers in Orthomolecular Medicine, Phytotherapy, Homeopathy and Hydrotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– He also mentions practical observations: patients' blood results improve with saline baths and cleansing diets; once the body has been cleansed, some cancer treatments require fewer sessions. Here he describes a real clinical case: a woman with a brain tumour and extensive metastatic spread who, with an integrated approach plus Banerji-type homeopathic protocols (a standardised protocol that seeks generalisation for ailments rather than the individualisation of treatment, developed by the Banerji doctors) and drainage measures, showed significant remission of metastases within a few weeks, interpreted as apoptosis induced by the change in the tumour environment.

The patient did the right thing to achieve remission of the metastases and her ailments in less time and with fewer sessions, alkalinising the environment and thereby causing the disease to give way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The final messages and practical recommendations can be set out as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Understanding the disease (the terrain) is key to treating it; if the environment is corrected, the body can induce apoptosis in tumours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Simple maintenance and prevention measures: eat vegetarian\/vegetable-based meals on more days, take salt baths (e.g. 2 kg of salt in a 100 L bathtub for a concentration similar to that of important thermal waters, at a temperature close to 50 degrees to open the pores so that salts enter and toxins leave through the skin by osmotic effect), cleansing herbal teas, habits that improve the function of the filters (lung\/liver\/kidney) and avoiding overloading the diet with salt, especially table salt or salt supplemented with fluoride. – The approach does not require abandoning conventional medicine; rather, it proposes integrating it to increase efficacy and reduce toxicity, with the idea of attacking the tumour \u201cecosystem\u201d (depriving it of sodium and foreign proteins, and oxygenating it)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
